FF100 Snap-Lock Standing Seam Panel

Seamless Install

Standing Seam

Snap-lock standing seam roofing is a popular choice for homeowners looking for the clean, modern look of a standing seam roof. As the name suggests, the panels are designed to snap together, making installation relatively quick and straightforward.

General Specifications

For many projects, snap-lock is a practical and attractive roofing option. But when long-term performance and maximum seam strength are the priority, we prefer the added security of a mechanically locked standing seam system.

  • What is a mechanical seam roof?

A mechanical seam roof uses concealed fasteners with panel seams that are mechanically folded together during installation. This creates an exceptionally durable, weather-resistant roofing system designed for long-term performance.

  • What makes a mechanical seam panel different from snaplock?

Mechanical seam panels require a seaming tool to lock adjacent panels together after installation, creating a stronger connection that's ideal for low-slope roofs and areas with heavy snow or high winds. Snaplock panels simply snap together without mechanical seaming.

  • Can you manufacture custom panel lengths?

Yes. We fabricate panels to the exact lengths required for your project, reducing waste and minimizing field seams.

  • What colors are available?

We offer a wide selection of premium painted steel colors and finishes from trusted manufacturers. Color samples are available upon request.

  • Do you deliver?

Yes. We offer pickup from our Gunnison facility as well as jobsite delivery throughout Western Colorado.
